Since it was a beautiful day today, April 1st, I made a point of spending some time on Main Street. We are lucky to have so many local merchants congregated within walking distance of each other.

I happen to live close to Downtown Bothell which is a good thing! To those of you unfamiliar with this charming micro-community, make sure you get out to see it sometime. Within several blocks you can shop for furniture or fine clothing. You can meet insurance agents, buy a policy and then go try out your coverage at the martial arts studio just a half block away. Ouch!!! Of course, no downtown would be complete without restaurants and pubs. Main Street offers quite a varity of cuisines (more about them in the future!).
